I Need Help

Hi,

I would really like to hold a fundraiser for Obama-Biden at my home. I am located in the Colon area and have a large (4.2 acres) yard with a covered patio that would sure make a great place to gather. I'm proposing a time near the end of September or early October, and something along the lines of a bar-b-que. All I would ask is that you RSVP me so I'll have a better way to plan the event, and that you bring a dish to pass. And, of course BYOB...it's allowed since we are grown-ups, I think?

MI Forum Members - Unite for Change Picnic/Platform Meeting 7/27/08 at Stoney Creek Metropark!

I am a member of a group, North Macomb 4 Obama, and we are having a Unite for Change Picnic and Platform Meeting to be held at Stoney Creek Metropark, located at 4300 Main Park Road, Shelby Township, MI 48316-4907 on Sunday, July 27, 2008.  The festivities begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Ridgewood picnic area.

We are a group of Michigan residents in Macomb County who have formed the group, North Macomb 4 Obama along with organizing fellows from the Obama campaign.  We have been very active in sponsoring many successful voter registration drives in the area. 

Your Rightious Anger

Your righteous anger is justified and wholly appropriate.

I can't imagine an electorate angrier at those elected than this one. There has been a betrayal of American values so grotesque that, before the Bush administration began state-sponsored torture, I would not have believed it possible. The deceptions directed at the public by President Bush are so enormous that they boggle the mind. The contempt that Bush has heaped upon the American public is so galling that it burns both body and soul. The harm this administration has done to this great nation, its image, its reputation and its history may scar us for generations. Oh yes, by God, your anger is justified!

So what are you going to do about it?
