Dear John:
I watched your performance in the Presidential debate this Friday past.
It struck me that you are still having trouble understanding the simple
problem that is the war on Iraq. Senator, I have thought long and hard
to find a way to explain the problem to you. What can I write to
enlighten you? What you need is an analogy! What you need is an example
that will help to explain the situation. I hope this will help.
Senator, let's imagine that while you are looking for a restroom you
have a momentary lapse of attention. A lapse such as this could happen
to anyone. The longer one lives the more likely that such a lapse will
occur. Imagine this lapse finds you in a restroom designated for the
use of the opposite gender. You have stumbled into the women's restroom.

(AP) Pastor Luke Emrich prepared his sermon this week knowing his remarks could invite an investigation by the Internal Revenue Service. But that was the whole point, so Emrich forged ahead with his message: Thou shalt vote according to the Scriptures.
"I'm telling you straight up, I would choose life," Emrich told about 100 worshippers Sunday at New Life Church, a nondenominational evangelical congregation about 40 miles from Milwaukee.

The Bailout-Neocons last hurrah!
Sooo....With McCains campaign going down in flames and the GOP about to loose their grip on power, a lightbulb goes on over Bush's empty, lame duck head!!!
Our beloved dictator has a brilliant idea! "Let's scare the s--t out of the nation once again. and take a trillion or so with us when we go".
But I think....I hope....congress and the rest of the country have his number now and won't be cowed again. They already got several billion past us with the 85 bil. for AIG.
Maybe they should have kept nickle and dimein' us. Then we might not have noticed we were being fleeced!!!!!
