Connect with others to start planning an MayDay Protest:
Go to http://democrats.com/local and find the "Congressional District" heading near the bottom. Just to the right you'll see [Post]. Click on [Post]. A blank form will open. Fill it in as follows:
In the "Subject" line write the words "MayDay Protest Volunteer".
In the box listing numerous "Topics" click on "MayDay Protests" and leave that line highlighted.
In the "Body" space, identify yourself and write what you're willing to do, and what you need help to do. Write your ideas for a possible MayDay Protest. If you want to hold a small meeting to plan the event, post a time and place (for example a convenient coffee shop or library). Or just let people know how they should contact you to get involved in the planning process.
At the very bottom, click "Submit".
Post an announcement of an MayDay Protest:
Go to http://democrats.com/local and find the "Congressional District" heading near the bottom. Just to the right you'll see [Post]. Click on [Post]. A blank form will open. Fill it in as follows:

In the box listing numerous "Topics" click on "MayDay Protests" and leave that line highlighted.
In the "Body" space, describe your MayDay Protest. Be sure to include the date, time, location, address. Include any contact info you want to include for people to use who want to volunteer or contribute.
At the very bottom, click "Submit".
