The Native Americans had it right, how can anyone really own the land or at least more than they need to survive. Unfortunately in America we now have corporations and rich individuals, who are all incorporated, have put Corporate Greed ahead of the future health of our nation. WalMart is a good example of a direct pipeline replacing made in America goods and jobs with cheaper foreign imports and forcing companies to ship jobs off shore to compete. We have a former president who used intelligence clearance to invest in Stocks and options of corporations that profited from a war his son started with lies and distortion. Because Reagan/Bush eliminated the "Fairness in Media " standards, now only Seven Corporations control all the major media TV, Cable, Radio and Newspapers in the country. This is reminiscent of when the Nazis were able to control the minds, prosperity and attitudes of their people while committing atrocities and mayhem not seen in their controlled media. Now Bush has allowed these seven corporations even more control of the media for the next election. It goes back to the 1%, if they can control what the masses see, hear and therefore the feeling of a nation, the majority of our nations people are being led like lemmings about to jump off a cliff. Bush has spent so much money that at the projected rate of repaying this deficit back todays 18 year old will be 97. Unfortunately the whole world is watching and getting the whole news, while we Americans are fed a censored view of what is really happening.  I try to explain to young people today (anybody under 50) that America was able to see and read a true and less biased view of war during the Viet Nam war when creditable news coverage showed what is honestly happening. We do not see the neighborhoods destroyed by misdeployments of bombs, we don't see that there are as many contractors as soldiers fighting this war, we do not see or hear about the unexpolded cluster bombs that have maimed and killed thousands of Iraqis as well as killing and maiming our own soldiers. We do not see that 1 out of every 7 Iraqis are displaced from their homes, half have fled the country and half are displaced within. Unfortunately be it Republican or Democrat they both usually answer to the richest 1% , the elite who actually pull the strings. Nothing is going to change as long as we have such gross disparity of wealth and with so few controlling the political and military agenda of our nation. The biggest threat to our freedom as a nation today is the controlled and limited ownership of our media today controlled seven corporation controlled by the richest 1% of Americans.. Hitler new it George W. Bush and the GOP know it too, scary, very scary!
