George Bush declared himself the winner of Ohio's 20 crucial Electoral College votes with an election night margin of only 136,483.

We are organizing a protest to demand the counting of every vote in Ohio, including

• 155,000 provisional ballots, which cannot be counted without the approval of Republican election officials in every county
• 92,000 overvotes, undervotes, and "counting errors"
• full disclosure of all secret computer codes for electronic systems
