The same website url which I have saved and still have open on my desktop has been 'updated' and his title has been changed with it:
He is now the fourth ranking 'spokesman' at the department.
Homeland Security officials said Brian J. Doyle, the fourth-ranking spokesman at the department, was put on “non-pay status” following the charges late Tuesday. Doyle, 55, was expected to appear in court Wednesday afternoon in suburban Maryland, where he lives.
I wish media would stop prostituting itself. The man is the fourth ranking OFFICIAL in the department's public affairs office. Let's not launder what title the man holds to make what he's done seem more acceptable.

Status of Homeland Security
This probably tells us more than we want to know about the status of homeland security.
Two Strikes
Former HSD Deputy Press Secretary Doyle was disciplined at his former employer of 26 years, Time Warner, after a coworker found offensive images on her computer that were traced to Doyle. He received a formal warning and was required to undergo mental health counseling.
The chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee has scheduled a hearing to review whether Homeland Security background investigation and hiring practices are deficient. Doyle had access to sensitive information leaving him open to blackmail by terrorists, foreign governments and organized crime.
This is actually the second recent publicly-reported incident of sexual misconduct by Bush administration officials. In the other incident, the former head of a national program formed to target child sex predators was arrested after lewd conduct in front of a minor.
Though unconfirmed, unnamed sources speculate that Doyle had an accomplice.
