So who are Neil Bush's investors? Is Rev. Moon one of them?A story making the rounds is that Barbara Bush donated to the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund, so long as some portion of the funds were spent on software provided by Neil Bush's company Ignite! As Josh Marshall points out:
Meanwhile over at TPM Muckraker, Paul Kiel lists some of the investors in Ignite!, which he obtained through SEC filings. But this is only a partial list, since Ignite! " declines to name private investors." One question -- has the Reverend Sun Myung Moon invested in Ignite!, possibly through one of his Moonie front groups? After all, Neil Bush was touring with Rev. Moon back in December. But Neil isn't the only one cozy with the Rev. -- Moon has enjoyed a long alliance with the Bush family, having paid George Sr. and Barbara up to $10 million.

conference in Dubai
Neil Bush is no stranger to showing up at out of the way places searching for business: One month after the 9/11 attacks, Bush showed up at an international technology conference in Dubai where he was hunting for investors for Ignite!.
A few months later, he was in Saudi Arabia, where he delivered the keynote address on the concluding day of the three-day Jeddah Economic Forum. Bush told conferees that the best way to change perceptions in the United States about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was to expand their political lobbying.
