This looks great! Impeachment can't be far.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A federal judge dealt a setback to the Bush administration on its warrantless surveillance program, ordering the Justice Department on Thursday to release documents about the highly classified effort within 20 days or compile a list of what it is withholding.
U.S. District Judge Henry Kennedy said a private group will suffer irreparable harm if the documents it has been seeking since December are not processed promptly under the Freedom of Information Act.

Sounds great but I bet you
Sounds great but I bet you that they will blame the person who backs up their files for "accidently" not archieving or deleting important information - just like with Plame affair. How long did it take for the 9/11 Commission to get the White House to release information? There is no way in hell Speedy is going to let Bush's secrets out. Everything is a "national security risk" with these fools. The government hasn't even released all Abu Ghraib photos because it wouldn't look good for the war of terrorism. I don't think the administration is going to come clean anytime soon - strike that - I don't think this administration will EVER release the truth to the public.
"They want the federal government controlling Social Security
like it's some kind of federal program."
- George W. Bush in a debate in St. Charles, Mo., Nov. 2, 2000
