Not Sure I've Seen This Logic Posted Yet

First and foremost, thanks to all for a great place to recoup.  I have read many posts and hope to God for a miracle with Ohio, and thank you all for your efforts.

Having that said,  One of the quickest things I am fed up with overall after the election is one of the lines shoved at me over and over via online and in person, about Bushies supposed Mandate and most popular votes ever blah blah.   So the logic I want to post, so that it can be thrown back over and over, is the following:

JOHN KERRY ALSO RECEIVED MORE VOTES THEN ANY OTHER PRESIDENT OR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN HISTORY.  MORE THAN RONALD REAGAN.  HE IS THE SECOND MOST POPULAR PRESIDENT OR CANDIDATE IN THE HISTORY OF OUR NATION.

I wanted to post that.  I'm sick of hearing about how many votes Bush got, while rarely seeing the response back that yes, even Kerry received more votes then any President in history.

AND THAT WAS WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM MISTABULATIONS AND FRAUD!!!

God Bless You All

LOL! Gave me a laugh ma

LOL!
Gave me a laugh man...

Then whats with the machine in florida that was maxed over its limit with kerry votes? Theres yer fraud, exhibit A.

Second, yah, im gonna make you even sicker, bush DID get mor evotes than any other in history, with 284 electoral, and more popular votes than any in US history, also, consider that the population has risen, one key factor to explai that.

Third, Kerry was NEVER a president, and as far as im concerned, never will be unless the Democrats think they will run him again, then its a toss up because im not sure who the republicans will have, so i really cant speak for what hasnt happend yet. That being said, stop referring to him as one. And no he didnt, because bush beat him by popular, and bush allready gotmore than any in hostory;)

You dispute and argue with yourself in your entire post there.

There WAS NO Voter fruad on the Bush part, there were Poll/election watchers which would become evidence immeadietly should any lawsuit be launched, and it was overseen by the US Supreme Court that the Republicans had the right to insert poll watchers.

RE:

Maybe you should learn how to read. Maybe you should understand what the word 'OR' means. I said President OR Candidate. He was a candidate, but you are obviously too ignorant to understand Logic, such as that posted above. And by the way, is your life truly so empty that the only way you can feel you even exist is by starting trouble on your opposite party's forum? Does that make you feel like a man? Seems to me the only way you are aware of your own empty existence is by starting trouble so that someone replies to you, so that someone then is aware that you even exist in this world at all. But make no mistake, we won't acknowledge your empty ignorant trouble-making existence any further........

To my fellow Dems, I think we should get T-Shirts made up with a shot of John Kerry and the tag line "The Most Popular Presidential Challenger in the History Of America!!!!"

here's some info for you

I posted this and created a spreadsheet of past election results
for everyone's information:

Another interesting statistic

Buash also recevied the largest number of votes against him than any other President or Presidential condidate in history. As for the perons who claims Bush has received more votes than any in history that fact is irrlelvant becasue its percentage that matters not the total votes. In terms of percentages, Bush has received a smaller percentage lead than any President before except his own record in 2000. Finally this person who claims to "know" that there was no vote fraud is a typical ostrich Republican who does KNOW anything about vote fraud but just cannot accpet that his or her candidate might have been elected by fraud and is too afraid or lazy to do the research to find out but instead wants to call everyone else a liar.

Keep the good points coming!

Jeff

History is important to win elections

Bush won 51% to 48%

That is larger % lead then Bill Clinton either time he won. Clinton never scored higher than 49%.

I want democrats to win, but we won't do it, by pretending that this didn't happen. Bush is the first president to win the presidency and simultaneously pick up seats in the Senate, and the House, and gubanatorial races in over 50 years.

Something is happening in America, and today's democratic party is missing the boat.

you are incorrect in your analysis

Bush won the election by a margin of 3.07%. Yes, it is true
that 51% is decent percentage but consider that although
he received that amount this was the 11th closest
election EVER. So the percentage lead was SMALLER than
Clinton's which were 8.36% and 5.56% each.

Since 1892, only Kennedy, Nixon and Carter have won by a more
narrow majority. So it's the fourth closest election since
1892.

Carter beat Nixon with a 50.15% marjority but only had 2.07%
more of the popular vote.
