for Kashkari to be a chump he would have to NOT be one of the co-conspirators. and yet he is.
so the ACTUAL chumps are the members of Congress who voted for this treasonous looting of our treasury, in SPITE of the hundreds of thousands of American citizens calling and emailing them, literally pleading in margins of 100 to 1 for them to NOT fall for yet another Bush "the sky is falling" con job.
