My Husband and I support Barack Obama.  We have been inspired by him since he gave his first national speech at the previous democratic convention!  We have not been this inspired since John Kennedy became President.

 We are senior citizens.  We trust him more to protect our rights as seniors.  We also believe he will inspire great changes in our country and "we, the people" will remember our responsibilities to our country and to each other under his leadership as citizens of this great nation.

 We see in Barack and his family, a common US family, who worship together, plan together, laught together,  and are commited to each other.  They are what we were when we raised our family, we can identify with them and be inspired by them.

As Barack has said so many times "we must all work together to make the changes in our country".  No one person can do this alone, so Americans have to be willing to make changes too, not just the big businesses.  We must learn to pay cash, save til we have cash, and quit charging, and quit living beyond our means. We need to request our stores to bring back LayAway!  We must reach out to each other and help one another. 

We must pray and pray often for our leaders.  Whoever wins, it is going to be a tough time for all but we can get through it together!  We are our brothers keeper!    May God Bless America!
