I would like someone, anyone, to explain to me what makes this segment of our society any different than the extreme radical Islamic "terrorists" that we are spending billions of dollars a day to protect ourselves from, so that we don't have to "fight them over here."

These insects come from a long line of slimy maggots, going back to the Civil War, who have perpetuated this brand of hatred for everyone in the world who is not a bigoted, white, Christian. These people, while guaranteed their Constitutional rights, are a pimple on the ass of the United States of America. Their elevation of Hitler as an inspirational example to their "cause," speaks volumes about their real anti-American, anti-Constitutional, and faux-Christian beliefs.

I am basically a non-violent person, but if there were ever a case for shoving a burning cross up each of their puckered white asses in full public view, these sub-human scumbags would be the place to start. If they are allowed to continue hiding behind the Constitution, they will pass their senseless hatred on to generations of their offspring.

Why don't the neoconservative Republicans consider these putrid home-grown terrorists to be "non-military enemy combatants?" Afterall, they have the same views as other terrorists: they hate our freedoms.

I will go as far as to say Sara Palin herself is directly involved!

And so is John McCain for not putting any word out there to stop it.

Give the wrinkled old coot a break. Without them who does he have? Even Joe is putting some daylight between them this week. I tell you the old guy is lonely bigots, the incurably cranky and a sprinkling of nutbars are about all that he has left. Everyone needs someone and Palin doesn't seem to be working out very well as the soul mate he once thought she would be.

Whatever happened to simply becoming a champion in your own right?

These groups simply refuse to compete.

And to that they would likely boo hoo, and claim the gummermunt is holding them down. They use the same damned rhetoric they claim to eschew.

Young folks:

The planet is big. There are 6 billion of us. Thousands and thousands of years of civilization behind us. Skin darkened. Skin lightened. Etc. We're the latest inhabitants. Rise to the top as an individual. RISE, don't attempt to just look risen, by wimping out and trying to get others to believe that still others are lower. IT'S WEAK.

How proud am I of "my" white race?

This is the oddest question I can imagine!

First off, I love tradition. E.G. I LUST AFTER PROPERLY ENGINEERED, NATURAL FIBER CLOTHING, AS EXECUTED BY WHITE FOLKS IN THE PAST.

OK, so now that I've made myself look good and weird, let me explain a bit more:

-I live up north.
-I love the outdoors.
-It's cold up here.
-I need clothes for warmth (plus they make ya ware them anyway ;)
-I'm interested in the question of living in a more timeless manner.
-Natural fiber clothing allows for that.
-When one attempts to design it oneself you end up realizing that it's already been done to perfection.
-I'm humbled by the dead white people who did this.
-They did it because they needed clothes too (necessity is the mother of invention and all that).
-I would like others to tip their hats to those same folks and perhaps try it out.
-I think form following function can be an important part of culture.
-Did I mention that we all needed these clothes in the first place because we are up north? (NOTE: incidentally, being up north also means we never needed added pigment in our skin).

So here I am, a white guy, talking with esteem about dead white gals/guys, and hoping that others will see them in a favorable light as well. Perhaps even emulate them and continue a tradition that will always have the potential to contribute to our civilization: Form following function for some articles of life can't be a bad thing, can it?

The difference between me and a racist?

When I go to hot climates I bow to dead black folks. I shed a tear of joy for their contributions. Their brilliance makes me smile.
Another difference? The white folks I esteem are INCIDENTALLY white.
Yet another difference? WHEN THE HELL WOULD I EVER GET OFF, THINKING SOME ONE ELSE'S CONTRIBUTION IS SOMEHOW MINE!

OK, maybe for your kid's. I'll have you know I was there at the start ;)

P.S. I bothered to write this because some young folks don't understand that white folks ARE proud of white folks. It's just that we are proud of lots of folks. Some are white. No big whoop.
