I might get some smack over this but I do believe if you have done your time and paid your fees your rights especailly your rights to vote should be restored. I believe this because i have a family member who because he was at the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people he lost three years of his life and can not vote in probably the most exciting election in US History.

  It was a non-violent crime deal with the war on drugs which he didn't have in his position. I say people like pedophiles and spousal abusers should on the other hand not be allowed to. Then again I think pedophiles should stay in jail forever because there is no way to rehabiliate them. As for others like this non-sense war on Drugs, which is like the war on terror when you think about, I think those people who like my relative, who were in bad positions should have their rights restored. Back me up if I'm right or criticizes me if I'm wrong.  I would like people's opinions on this.
