Travel to the Maritime Institute

The Maritime Institute is very close to BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport (a major hub for Southwest Airlines with extensive service from several other carriers as well)

It is also close to the Amtrak station stop at BWI on Amtrak’s high-speed Northeast Corridor between New York and Washington, DC.
The same rail station is also served by MARC Light Rail trains between Washington and Baltimore.

Shuttle service: The Maritime Institute offers a free shuttle service to/from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, the BWI Amtrak Station, and the BWI Light Rail Station.
