Ted Klaudt ® SD, has been convicted on two cases of rape of his foster children. Klaudt faces three additional cases involving other young girls and awaits trial on those charges.

Klaudt "performed" breast and vaginal exams to extract viable eggs from the young victims in a scam in which he promised to sell the eggs on the open market.

This case stands out as perhaps the model for Republican sexual scandals as it combines violation of trust and authority, deception, perversion, and greed.
