Judge Rules Provisions of Patriot Act Unconstitutional

A federal judge today struck down portions of the USA Patriot Act as unconstitutional, ordering the FBI to stop issuing "national security letters" that secretly demand customer information from Internet service providers and other businesses.
U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero in New York ruled that the landmark anti-terrorism law violates the First Amendment and the Constitution's separation of powers provisions because it effectively prohibits recipients of the FBI letters (NSLs) from revealing their existence and does not provide adequate judicial oversight of the process.
Marrero wrote in his 106-page ruling that Patriot Act provisions related to NSLs are "the legislative equivalent of breaking and entering, with an ominous free pass to the hijacking of constitutional values." (emphasis added)

Why were our do-nothing Congressional “representatives” not a part of this vital process to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States" as their sworn oath of office dictates?
“The lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of a plaintiff identified only as John Doe, an Internet service provider prohibited under the law from publicly revealing the receipt of an NSL.”

Patriot Act
Is unconstitutional. So is the WTO and NAFTA which ignores our borders and the right to do trade as we please. It is not a trade organization but a world government body (as was X-President "read my lying lips steal your bank account" Bush vision for the Empire).
If they were a true trade group they would have investigated and prevented Enron and Halliburton criminal activities. These corporations are international thugs. They are out to destroy and plunder America of their wealth and resources with no accountability or over sight.
I tried to call Senator Durbin about one judge determining our borders opened to Mexican trucks (when Congress previously struck it down) but no one was answering. Is this like 911 and Katrina where they are all not responding\missing to our rage and demands?
Congress as representatives of the people know this is not legal or smart. Repeal the judges decision by a 2/3rds vote (and to over ride the Fascist President whose goals aren't ours).
To say Congress and this President are on the wrong path is an under statement. Since the President and the WTO (representatives not democratic and meet in secret) make all the decisions for us....I guess you might say our Congress has been "out sourced". Go home...you are too expansive and powerless. We are sick of your threats, long winded speeches, and betrayal.
Isn't protecting the Constitution part of their
contract? They swore on the Bible to protect and defend it against all enemies including domestic.
Shouldn't we be able to remove those who have not done as they swore under oath? You are outta there Congressman\woman. A petition to have an election to replace them should be held state by state. Congress won't do it to their own and even when they do....they go unpunished.
Corporations lay off long time loyal and creative employees all the time without a peep from Congress (except for Dorgan, Kucinich, etc....just a few). That is the result of free trade they say...get another job or go back to college. How many X-Congress people and those of previous administrations do that? They come back to power in government (when we remove them by election) like bad pennies (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gingrich, Negroponte, etc.).
