Ferguson's new documentary on our government's occupation of Iraq, No End in Sight, shows how the Bush administration destroyed the Iraqi government and then actively precluded any form of meaningful governance, with the inevitable result of chaos, mass death, and insurgency.

In the documentary, high-ranking officials provide strong testimony to the effect that the destruction of Iraq is the result of deliberate arrogance and negligence by Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, and L. Paul Bremer III, among others.  I believe that their actions constitute mass negligent homicide by any reasonable standard.  Ferguson's documentary clearly establishes probable cause and provides much of the evidence needed to convict.
