For me, the defining moment of the debate

came when the retired steel worker asked Edwards
his question regarding cuts to his pension and healthcare
benefits.

This man speaks for many, many people.

Everyone group I've checked says Kucinich won the debate

Kucinich is the only candidate who really cares about issues that matter to workers.   The other candidates are all heavily financed by organizations oppressing the workers.

I recently leaned that Edwards was the son of a mill manager who got his position by squealing on the workers.  It's no surprise that Edwards worked for predatory lenders who took homes from poor people or that is was a heavy investor in WalMart or that his health plan only helps the insurance companies and managed care.

Kucinich is the only candidate with a plan to bring jobs back to America and the only candidate, according to Michael Moore, with a plan that will bring health care to all.

The race is really between Clinton and Kucinich.  The thing that clouds the race is that there are a bunch of phony peace candidates, who want Americans to forget they voted for the war or war funding, trying to confuse the issues in the hopes of getting peace votes.  Peace activists are too smart to vote for any Democrat but Kucinich or Gravel.  If neither Kucinich or Gravel isnominated, the Demcrats can forget on getting any peace votes.

Please see the Rules of

Please see the Rules of Democrats.com here: http://www.democrats.com/rules

You must generally support the principles and candidates of the Democratic Party, and you must not misrepresent their positions or actions (1)

[Snip]

(1) This rule was created to create a community of and for Democrats. But during primary campaigns this rule takes on a special meaning: you must be committed to supporting the winner of the Democratic primary, even if (a) that candidate is not your preferred candidate, (b) you disagree with that candidate on issues that are important to you, (c) you don't like some aspect of that candidate's record or personality, and (d) you think that candidate "cannot win." So whenever you harshly criticize a Democratic candidate in a primary, we will ask: are you committed to supporting that candidate if (s)he wins the Democratic nomination? If your answer is no, then Democrats.com is not the right community for you. (emphasis added)

Everyone is entitled to cuss, discuss, rant about, and otherwise state their reasons for either supporting, or not supporting, a particular candidate. When you make statements threatening to withhold your vote from the nominated Democrat (whomever that may be) -- then you are most likely on the wrong Democratic blog.

Also, please note that clicking on the word "principles" in the First Rule, will take you to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) web site.

In addition to Bill's message,

it is not OK to post inflammatory remarks regarding
ANY Democratic candidate, especially when the " information"
is hearsay.

You really need to read the Rules.

Instead of bashing other Democratic candidates,
why don't you focus more on what your candidate
can do?

It would make for a better argument and reflect
well on Kucinich's supporters.

Kucinich won the debate hands down

The moderator had tried to stop the applause but failed.  There are many reasons Kucinich won the debate.  He's the only candidate who cares about the people.  He is a bright light in a field of darkness.  That's why everyone agrees he won the debate.  He's the only Democrat worth a vote.
