Biden Wants Prosecutions for Bush's Crimes
At a town-hall meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida, Joe Biden promised investigations - and possible prosecutions - of Bush's crimes.
Looking to the future but with one eye on the past, Biden also promised that an Obama-Biden government would go through Bush administration data with "a fine-toothed comb" and pursue criminal charges if necessary.
"If there has been a basis upon which you can pursue someone for a criminal violation," he said, "they will be pursued, not out of vengeance, not out of retribution - out of the need to preserve the notion that no one, no one, no attorney general, no president, no one is above the law."

Is this why they're fighting so hard to get the Republicans back in office and providing this huge twist to their VP candidate?
I watched the Republican Convention last night and realized what an insult it is that Laura Bush told them she was so happy for their support, she and her husband were providing their support to McCain, blah, blah, blah. They have no business just supporting McCain and showing up at that convention like that. After all, he's still in office. He should be supporting the whole country, not just the Republicans, or at least give the impression he is. "Country First", what a joke!
Americans should not be falling for this at all!
